Why Uglyfruit?

Two of every five pieces of fruit harvested in the U.S. today end up in a landfill, often because it is deemed "too ugly" for consumers to eat.

That's why we created UglyFruit – to transform all these ugly and unsold fruits and veggies into delicious, minimally-processed fruit snacks.

Our unique cooking process takes cosmetically imperfect, perishable produce, and turns it in to simple, delicious, shelf-stable fruit snacks.
